The Referral Program turns your happiest customers into a growth channel. A customer shares their referral code; their friend gets a discount on a first order, and the referrer earns credit toward their next order. Referred customers are cheap to acquire and tend to be loyal.

Two tabs

  • Dashboard — the numbers: active codes, redemptions in the last 30 days, and credits paid out, plus a top-referrers leaderboard and recent redemptions (with the friend, the referrer, the discount, the credit, and a status — Pending, Completed, Cancelled, Expired).
  • Settings — configure the friend's discount, the referrer's reward, and the program rules.

How to use it

  1. Turn it on and set generous-but-sustainable rewards.
  2. Promote it to your best customers (use the CLV report to find them).
  3. Watch redemptions and credits to confirm it's paying for itself.
