Once you're approved, we email you your unique referral link and code — it looks like https://app.bakeonyx.ai/?ref=YOURCODE.

Share that link anywhere you reach bakers — your group, channel, class, newsletter, or bio. Anyone who clicks it is credited to you for 60 days.

• When a bakery signs up through your link and becomes a paying subscriber, you earn 20% of their subscription, every month, for 12 months.
• Commission starts on their first paid invoice — free trials don't count until they convert to paying.
• It accrues automatically — nothing for you to submit. Watch it on your private stats page (the link is in your welcome email).
• Your rate is set per partner; high-volume partners may be offered more — just ask.

• Method: PayPal. Make sure we have your PayPal email.
• Schedule: monthly, for commissions that have cleared the refund-hold window.
• Minimum: $50 — balances below that roll over to the next month.
• Tax form required first: US partners send a W-9, non-US partners a W-8BEN. We can't release a payout until it's on file.

• Disclose paid links. Wherever you share your link, say it plainly — e.g. “paid link” or “I earn a commission if you sign up.” This is an FTC requirement and protects us both.
• No self-referrals. Referring your own bakery (your account) doesn't qualify.
• Refunds reverse commission. If a referred bakery is refunded, the matching commission is clawed back (proportionally).
• No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on “BakeOnyx” brand keywords. Promote honestly.

• Lead with the pain bakers feel — undercharging on custom cakes, messy order tracking, spreadsheet chaos — then show how BakeOnyx fixes it.
• Baking schools: recommend it as the business tool students use after class; a tutorial or template earns trust.
• Group admins / influencers: a short walkthrough or honest review outperforms a bare link.
• Point people to the features and pricing pages so they arrive informed.

How do I track my referrals? Your welcome email has a private stats page link — referrals, conversions, and earnings, updated live.

What if someone signs up later, not right after clicking? The 60-day cookie covers it — as long as they sign up within 60 days of clicking your link on the same device.

Do I earn forever? Commission runs for 12 months per referred bakery, from their first payment.

Can I offer my audience a discount? Not yet — that may come later. For now the incentive is your commission.
