Open Messaging Settings
Go to Settings > Messaging in your BakeOnyx dashboard.
Connect Your Facebook Page
Click "Connect Facebook Page", choose the Page you want, and grant messaging permissions. BakeOnyx subscribes to your Page so new messages flow in.

Can I reply to anyone any time?
Facebook applies a standard 24-hour messaging window — you can reply within 24 hours of a customer’s last message. Unlike WhatsApp, Messenger has no template system for messages outside that window, so timely replies matter.
