What Stripe fees apply?+

Stripe charges 2.9% + 30 cents per successful card charge in the US (rates vary by country). BakeOnyx does not add any additional transaction fees on top of Stripe's pricing. You keep everything Stripe sends you.

Do I need an existing Stripe account?+

No. When you connect Stripe through BakeOnyx, you can create a new Stripe account during the onboarding flow. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect that instead — your existing payouts and settings carry over.

How long until funds reach my bank?+

Stripe typically deposits funds within 2 business days in the US (varies by country). You can check payout status anytime in your Stripe Dashboard or within BakeOnyx under Settings > Payments.

Is it PCI compliant?+

Yes. BakeOnyx uses Stripe Connect Standard, which means all card data is handled entirely by Stripe. Your bakery never touches raw card numbers. Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of certification.
