The Quote Conversion report (Reports → Quotes) shows your whole sales funnel at a glance, so you can find the leaks and fix them.
The funnel
Three stages with counts and drop-off at each step:
- Inquiries received
- Quotes sent
- Orders won (quotes converted)
Key metrics
- Inquiry → Quote rate — are you quoting the enquiries you get?
- Quote → Order rate — are your quotes converting?
- Overall conversion — inquiry all the way to order
- Average response time — how fast you reply to enquiries
- Lost-quote reasons — a breakdown of why quotes were declined
- Conversion trend — how these rates move over time
How to use it
- If few inquiries become quotes, quote faster — response time strongly affects win rate.
- If quotes don't convert, revisit pricing and follow-up, and read the lost-quote reasons.
- Pick a date range at the top and export to CSV or PDF for review.
