The Orders List
Go to Orders to see all your orders with colour-coded status badges, customer name, delivery date, and total amount. Filter by status or date range to focus on what matters today.
Order Status Flow
- Pending — order created, awaiting confirmation
- Confirmed — customer confirmed, deposit paid
- In Progress — you're baking it
- Ready — baked, cooled, and ready for pickup or delivery
- Delivered / Completed — handed to the customer
You can also cancel orders at any stage.
Order Detail Page
Click any order to see everything — items with pricing, payment history, notes, attached images, and a timeline showing every status change with timestamps.
Daily Workflow
Most bakers start their day by filtering orders to today's due date. This shows exactly what needs to be baked, packed, and delivered today.
Tip: Use the "This Week" filter on your dashboard to see everything due in the next 7 days. Or ask Bake Buddy: "What orders do I have today?"
