What recipes to bake — and do we have the ingredients?
The Baking List (Reports → Baking List) turns a date range of orders into a recipe production plan and checks whether you have the ingredients to make it.
What it shows
- Cards: total orders, total items, unique recipes, ingredient shortfalls
- A recipes to bake table (quantity, batches, yield, orders)
- An ingredient requirements table (needed vs stock vs shortfall, with OK/Low/Out status)
- An order breakdown of what is driving the bake
How to use it
Plan production and your shopping in one place — the shortfall column tells you exactly what to buy before you start. For the order-by-order prep view, use the Bake List.
