Inventory Forecast (Reports → Inventory Forecast) predicts ingredient consumption so you can reorder before you run out.

What it shows

Cards: critical items, at-risk items, average days of stock, reorder cost
Stockout alerts with urgency levels
A reorder suggestions table (quantity, order-by date, supplier, estimated cost)
Per-ingredient forecasts (current stock, predicted usage, days of stock, risk, reorder date)

How to use it

Work the critical and at-risk lists first and raise the suggested purchase orders. It complements the Ingredient Pipeline with a reorder-cost and supplier view.
