What it shows
- Cards: active members, redemption rate, points liability, average-order-value lift
- Points earned over time and a tier distribution
- A loyalty impact comparison (members vs non-members)
- Tier breakdown and your top loyalty members
How to use it
Confirm members spend more (the AOV lift), watch your points liability, and nurture customers toward higher tiers. If lift is low, revisit your rewards. Set the program up in Settings → Loyalty.
