What did we actually make?

The Production Summary report closes the loop between what you forecast, what you baked, and what you sold — so you can tune production volumes over time.

What it shows

• Production volumes by product
• Your busiest production days
• A summary of completed vs scheduled work over the period

How to use it

• Line it up against the Sales and waste reports. If you consistently produce more than you sell, you're tying up ingredients and labour in waste; if you sell out early, there's unmet demand to capture.
• Use the busiest-day view to plan staffing and prep.
