Supplier Analysis (Reports → Suppliers) shows how your inventory value is spread across suppliers and where your biggest costs sit.

What it shows

Cards: total suppliers, total inventory value, average per supplier, top supplier
Inventory value by supplier and ingredients by supplier
A supplier performance table (ingredients supplied, inventory value, share)
Top ingredients by cost

How to use it

Understand your supplier concentration risk, and use it in price negotiations. Combine with Purchasing for spend over time and Inventory Usage for what you actually consume.
