Capture custom-order requests
Inquiry Form Settings (Settings → Inquiries) let you build a public form customers use to request custom cakes and orders, then embed it on your website. Inquiries land in your dashboard ready to quote.
What you can configure
- Form sections — toggle event details (guest count, time), a product browser, dietary requirements, allergen concerns, budget, "how did you hear about us," and delivery preference.
- Product types — choose which standard types appear and add your own custom types.
- Header & footer text — a friendly intro and any terms (markdown supported).
- Print-ticket fields — which details appear on the printed production ticket.
- Workflow — auto-convert an inquiry to an order when its quote is accepted.
Embedding it
Copy the embed code (or share the form's link) to put it on your site. You'll need a bakery web address set in Business Settings first.
