The Allergen Matrix (Reports → Allergen Matrix) lays out every recipe and product against each allergen so you can label safely and answer customer questions with confidence.
What it shows
- Cards: total items, recipes, products, allergens present
- An allergen prevalence summary (how many items contain each allergen)
- A scrollable matrix table — each item × each allergen, marked contains / may contain / free, plus dietary flags
How to use it
Use it to check labels, brief staff on what is safe for a customer, and spot cross-contamination risks. Keep ingredient allergen data accurate so the matrix stays trustworthy.
