Customer Retention Report
Track how many customers come back, who is at risk of leaving, and how retention is trending.
Are my customers coming back?
The Customer Retention report makes churn visible while you can still do something about it — and keeping a customer is far cheaper than finding a new one.
What it shows
- Retention rate, churn rate, at-risk customer count, and repeat-customer rate
- A retention trend over time and a cohort heatmap (how each month's new customers stick around)
- An at-risk table showing each customer's last order, days since, lifetime value, and a risk level — medium, high, or critical
How to use it
- Act on the at-risk table first — these are existing customers worth a personal message or a small offer before they're gone.
- Watch the trend line and cohort heatmap to see whether recent changes (new range, prices, service) are helping or hurting loyalty.
