What it shows
- Cards: on-time rate, fees collected, average duration, failure rate
- A delivery vs pickup volume chart
- A zone performance table and a driver performance table
- Deliveries by day of week and failure reasons
How to use it
Find slow zones and high-failure routes, and reward your best drivers. Use failure reasons to fix recurring problems (wrong address, missed windows).
