Order Fulfillment (Reports → Fulfillment) measures how quickly and reliably orders move from placed to delivered.

What it shows

Cards: total orders, completed orders, on-time delivery %, average fulfillment time
An orders by status breakdown and a fulfillment summary (completion + on-time rates)
Fulfillment by delivery method and an on-time trend

How to use it

Watch on-time rate and average fulfillment time as your core service KPIs. If a status is piling up, that is your bottleneck — dig into production or delivery.
