What is labour costing you?
Labor Cost & Staff Productivity (Reports → Labor Cost) shows what staff time costs relative to revenue and how productive each person is.
Available on the Growth plan.
What it shows
- Cards: labor cost %, total labor cost, average hours/week, no-show rate
- A labor-cost trend and a shift analysis (completed / no-show / cancelled)
- A staff productivity table (hours, rate, cost, shifts, tasks, items produced)
- Overtime alerts for staff approaching or over their hours
How to use it
Keep labor cost % in a healthy band, balance workloads using productivity, and head off overtime before it costs you. Requires staff scheduling/time tracking to populate.
