Payment Analysis (Reports → Payments) breaks down how money actually comes in — by method, deposits vs final payments, and refunds.
What it shows
- Cards: total payments, total amount, average payment, total refunds (with refund rate)
- A payment by method pie and a deposits vs final payments split
- A payment method breakdown table (transactions, total, average, share)
- A refund summary when refunds exist
How to use it
Spot a rising refund rate early, understand your cash timing from the deposit split, and decide which payment methods to encourage. Pair with Accounts Receivable for what is still owed.
