What it shows

Cards: total waste value, waste rate %, units wasted, average daily waste
A waste by reason pie (expired, spoiled, damaged, overproduction, spillage) and a waste trend
A high-waste items table (amount, value, reason)
Waste-reduction tips based on your numbers

How to use it

Attack the biggest reason first — overproduction usually points back to forecasting, while expiry points to ordering or rotation. Log waste consistently so the report reflects reality.
